JOB SUMMARY:

 

The Global Treasury Management Sales Analyst (SA) is a key contact for Global Treasury Management clients. The SA will serve as the primary back-up to Treasury Management Bankers and assist with the selling of global treasury management solutions and the management of the overall sales process within the targeted coverage sector. The SA is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and preparing necessary client information to support revenue generating activities. The SA assists TM Bankers in prospecting, cross-selling, compiling, and analyzing pricing and engaging in the preparation of presentation materials.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with TM Bankers, Relationship Managers, Foreign Exchange, and Trade partners to execute on a strategic plan for the assigned market to achieve the bank’s deposit and non-interest income goals
  • Assist TM Bankers in relationship planning and researching clients and prospects.
  • Assist with client call and pitch preparation by creating pricing proposals, relationship review materials, account structures, RFP responses, proformas, and cost-benefit analysis projects
  • Recommend changes and improvements to a client’s cash management structure to resolve gaps or expand the relationship.
  • Initiate implementation requests for new business, including completing enrollment forms and agreements with clients
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and ensure key relationship systems are kept current
  • Utilize industry research tools, benchmarking, peer results and new / enhanced treasury management products to develop strategies and identify sales opportunities
  • Join weekly implementation calls for complex/ongoing implementations
  • Organize, manage and execute special projects such as reporting and portfolio analysis
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant treasury management or financial services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem solving and organization skills
  • Ability to exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, projects, and relationships simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness and work with others using diplomacy, respect, and tact
  • Knowledge of corporate banking, cash management, and working capital
  • Sales and relationship management skills and experience

Salary Range: $56,700.80-$92,125.28 USD; Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
