Job Summary: 

 

Responsible for supporting the Warehouse Lending team, and ensuring the smooth operations of the Warehouse Lending Department. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative accounting duties as assigned.Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage new client applications based on the stacking sheet requirement; create condition lists, run due diligence reports and follow up
  • Review client audited/ interim financial statements and prepare a year-to-year comparison financial analysis according to Warehouse Lending financial requirements.
  • Write up credit administration memorandum and address Credit Administrator questions and inquiries
  • Process client annual renewals
    Prepare and update contracts based on approved credit administration memorandum and preliminary variable term letter
  • Track quarterly compliance documents; responsible for reviewing monthly seller certification and calculation of financial covenants. Performs SOX controls validations against client trial balance report and nCino application
  • Prepare clients financial exception waiver and line bulge requests to accommodate their month end volume. Prepare and manage various quarterly reports which includes; nCino financial covenant and tickler reports
  • Assist with internal and external auditors’ requests.
  • Assists SVP Directors of Operations, Business Development Team during quarter end and year end reporting; assumes responsibility and gathers data for special projects.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the position.Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract,multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals;
    locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and
    nterpretation of bar graphs.
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
  • Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision while performing duties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline from an accredited college or University and a minimum 1-2 years’ experience working and/or training in a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Work related experience should consist of an in-depth background in accounting and regulatory reporting skills. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be applicable to the accounting discipline.
  • Banking industry experience preferred.
  • CPA firm experience preferred

Salary Range: $53,788.80- 67,299.76 USD;  Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
